Pool, garden and air-conditioning come with the villa; furniture is a fixed-price option.

01What is the starting price?
From THB 17M for a three-bedroom villa: A10 and A12, 270 m² built on a 220 m² plot. Four-bedroom villas start from THB 24M (C11–C13, 350 m² built).
02Which four-bedroom villa is the best value?
By price, C11–C13 from THB 24M with 350 m² built. By space, C15: 716 m² from THB 27M. Among the Type B villas, B1 is the lowest at from THB 25M, on a 356 m² plot beside the estate entrance.
03Which villa gives the most space?
C15: 716 m² over four levels on a 424 m² plot, from THB 27M — under THB 40,000 per built m², the lowest on the estate. It has a gym and a cinema room underground and a roof terrace on top.
04What is included in the price?
The private pool, the garden and the air-conditioners. Loose furniture is not: the optional furniture package is THB 1.5M for a three-bedroom villa and THB 2M for a four-bedroom villa.
05How big are the pools?
22.5 m² for Type A, 39 m² for Type B and 36 m² for Type C, each with a pool terrace of 40–62 m². A14, B6 and C15 each have a private pool on their own drawing.
