01What is the starting price?
From THB 17M for a three-bedroom villa: A10 and A12, 270 m² built on a 220 m² plot. Four-bedroom villas start from THB 24M (C11–C13, 350 m² built).
02How many villas are left?
14 of 37: A10, A12, A14, B1–B4, B6, C3 and C11–C15. 21 villas are sold and 2 are reserved.
03Which four-bedroom villa is the best value?
By price, C11–C13 from THB 24M with 350 m² built. By space, C15: 716 m² from THB 27M. Among the Type B villas, B1 is the lowest at from THB 25M, on a 356 m² plot beside the estate entrance.
04Which villa gives the most space?

05When is a villa finished?
Each villa is built to order and paid by stage — foundation, structure, walls, finishing, transfer — so your payments follow your villa as it rises. We tell you the build stage of your plot in writing before you reserve.
06Is there a shared pool?
Yes: a facilities strip runs through the middle of the estate, drawn with a long lagoon pool along a tall waterfall wall under a white canopy. The sales office stands at the entrance.
